First Due House Fire February 2, 2005 - At 0828 hours, Stations 7, 2, 3, and 6 were dispatched to 4025 St. Leonard Road for a house fire. Engine 72 arrived on location to find a single story dwelling with smoke and fire showing from a window on Side 1. Engine 72's crew made entry through the front door to find fire in the kitchen with extension into the living room. The crew made a quick knock on the fire while the squad crew arrived to set up ventilation. Tower 2 and Engine 22 arrived on location and check for extension in the fire apartment as well as the adjacent apartment. Crews operated on the scene performing salvage and overhaul before returning to service at 1001 hours. Thanks to Company 3 for filling our station. Units: Engine 72 (FF M.
