First Due Trailer Fire - 710 Box

May 26, 2005 - At 1527 hours, Stations 7, 2, 6 and 3 were dispatched to 1710 Parkers Creek Road for a trailer fire.  Engine 71 arrived on location to find smoke showing on Side B.  Engine 71's crew pulled a cross-lay to extinguish a small fire in the rear bedroom of the trailer.  Engine 22 arrived on location to pick up Engine 71's line and aid with pulling the ceiling in the rear of the trailer.  Squad 7 arrived on location along with Tower 2 and went to work on removing Side B of the trailer.  Once the trailer was checked for extensions, Command (Lt. 7), held units from Company 7 only until the arrival of the fire marshal.  After the fire marshal was done his investigation, crews performed overhaul before returning to service at 1647 hours.
